Why I Started This Blog: Sharing Safety and Wellness Tips for My Family
Hello, and welcome to the careby-K-daughter blog 😊
This space is dedicated to sharing useful, heartfelt, and practical information about health and safety at home—for myself and for the people I love.
Have you ever had these thoughts?
- “How can I make my parents' home more comfortable and safe?”
- “I want to know what’s really healthy and safe for my family.”
- “How can I reduce harmful substances and live a more eco-friendly lifestyle?”
If so, you’re in the right place. I’ve had the exact same thoughts—and that’s how this blog began.
Why I started this journey
I’m a woman in my 30s, with a degree in Interior Architecture & Design,
and over 10 years of experience in architectural design and office building facility management.
Through my work, I’ve come to deeply understand something important:
“The space we live in has a huge impact on our health and safety.”
But like many professionals, I used to work long hours, eat poorly, and forget to take care of myself.
Eventually, my health began to suffer—and it took me a long time to bounce back.
I started asking myself:
“If I keep living like this, will I ever have time to care for my parents the way I want to?”
“Can I keep ignoring my own health, too?”
That’s when I began to shift my priorities—toward a life that values wellness, safety, and sustainable choices.
🙋♀️ A little more about me...
- Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture & Design
- Experience in furniture design and product development
- 10+ years managing office building operations and space planning
- And above all, a daughter who cares deeply for her family 🌿
With this knowledge and experience, I’m committed to sharing content you can trust, relate to, and apply in your everyday life.
💬 A final word…
This blog isn’t just my personal journal—
It’s a space for anyone who has similar worries, questions, and hopes.
“How do I make our home safer?”
“Is our food truly healthy?”
“How can I live a more eco-conscious and wellness-driven life?”
“What does it mean to care for both body and mind?”
I hope we can explore these questions together—
and build a warm, healthy, and safe life for ourselves and our families.
Thank you for visiting 😊
